City Council consideration for approval to apply for said grant funding is respectfully requested.

Because the zoning map amendment necessary to complete this subdivision as proposed has been withdrawn by the applicant, staff recommends disapproval of the proposed preliminary plat. At their February 9, 2022 regular meeting, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously (6-0) to disapprove the preliminary plat for the reason that Lot 2, Block A does not meet the minimum lot size for its existing zoning.

At their February 9, 2022 regular meeting, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously (6-0) to recommend disapproval of the proposed zone change. On February 14, 2022, the applicant withdrew this request. No action is required.
Staff recommends approval subject to the following conditions which must be met prior to the issuance of the certificate of occupancy.
